- Our return policy is only aplicable for wrong size that caused by our side.
- You can only exchange the goods within 7days of receiving.The goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and condition with all TAG.
- Items that are in an unworn,unwashed,unaltered, and unbroken tag will be accepted if the items are returned within 7days.
- All the products will be delivered by J&T.
- Order made by today will be ship tommorow exclude public holidays.
- The estimated time will be between 3-5 working days, depending in courier service.
- Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.
- If customers do not recieve their tracking within 3-5days,please email anlcotton.customerservice@gmail.com to track your order and please give your order number .
